So I was browsing over to world of raids and and perusing their patch notes when I noticed the Rogue notes were updated. Looks like improved backstab will get some new life breathed into it and become a very necessary talent for mutilate builds. 15% Additional Crit to our Mutilate ability? Dont get me wrong but this is somewhat huge am i right? Or have we recently been nerfed somewhere else to compensate this change? Having just got back into WoW and PvP this buff has me all tingly!

Rogues

- Improved Backstab is now called Puncturing Wounds.
- Puncturing Wounds increases your critical strike chance with Backstab by 10/20/30%, and the critical strike chance with your Mutilate ability by 5/10/15%.
- Improved Sprint: This ability will now always remove Entangling Roots.

So I guess I should be thankful. Today I was looking through the massive list of links on this site making sure they all worked and found quite a few broken ones that I need to remove.Among those Arena Blogger and a couple of other blogs that while they havent disappeared totally have pretty much stopped updating besides to say that they are halting updates.

These sites just seem to die out as the person that runs them loses interest and thats normal. However even though I have parted ways with wow three times now, RogueSpot remains steady. I know thanksgiving and the holidays are over but thats what I am thankful for. The fact that I can take a 6 month leave of absence and the RogueSpot community and Forum moderators keep this place ticking till I get back is pretty awesome.

Now that I am back I will be bringing you guys some more features to the site. Like the ability to submit links and a premium video service. So please excuse any dust I kick up while im moving things around.

I always stress how important it is for a screenshot to tell a story, and not just be a "kewl pose" of someone with nice gear. This screenshot definitely tells that story. There just beyond the edge above, lightning and rain pouring down from deathly clouds above, is your worst nightmare ready to pounce on your poor soul. You try to react... but it's too late. Lights out!

Well just finished reactivating my account. Time to start playing a bit more WoW. Get back into some PvP etc. I am also transferring realms to Rivendare the move has already been affected for me and my mule character. If you have a character on Rivendare look me up I should be logging in later tonite on the Horde side.

As many of the Rogues heres know I am a strong supporter of the old n52. I believe it is a great asset to anyone serious about their PvP performance in the Arena. Many competitors have given a shot at making a game pad that feels and flows as well as this pad however I have yet to see or use anything that rivals it. So imagine my surprise when I found out that Belkin has teamed up with Razor to bring us the n52te!
This latest version of the n52 is more refined and of sleeker and frankly nicer looking construction. The keys are more sensitive as well as backlit and the palm rest is softer. I have not had the pleasure of using this game pad yet but I am looking to obtain one as quickly as possible. On the software side Razor has pitched in and I'm looking forward to see how much better it is from the previous version of the n52.
