So a couple of people were kind enough to point out to me that I was a bit premature with the changes coming to Rogues. But oh well... patch 2.0.3 looks like it will buffing rogues. I starred the ones that I am looking forward too.

I will be cutting combat completely out of my builds from now on. Where I used to be 31/8/12 I will now be 31/0/20 or some combination of that. Very excited to see what this does for ass/sub builds. What do you guys think?


Rogue

-Shadowstep as 41 Talent Point
*Imp Sap switched out with Elusiveness
*Imp backstab and imp SnD have switched places.
*Imp Sap is now a 2 point talent - 50%/100%
-Surprise attack is now 10% and finishing move can no longer be dodged
-Weapon expertise changed to +10 weapon skill.
*Combo points preserved on previous target if target is changed during combat.
-Evasion (Rank 2) now trainable.

Well we need an update here. Lots been happening and sadly I haven't able to cover it like I would like to. We have patch 2.0.1 out and The Burning Crusade right around the corner. Looking over the changes in the patch one in particular caught my eye and that was the moving of Improved Backstab to the Assassination tree. Playing briefly with a talent calcular I realized that the Ass/Sub tree will produce some incredibly powerful builds this time around. I haven't got a chance to play with the changes in game but it feels kinda like Rogues have once again become a force to fear. What are your thoughts on the changes? Anything I am missing? Has anyone combined Seal Fate and Setup?

I am currently in the middle of moving to a new place in Orlando. Call it an upgrade if you will. Between that work and a couple of other MMO's I have been checking out my time in WoW has been limited. I will however be keeping my blades sharp and ready to jump in to the deep end with TBC expansion.
