Official: Talents and Spells for TBC
Well it looks like the ones that were leaked were not to far off. There might have been one or two that didnt make it but whoever released the first set of talents and spells caused blizzard to rush an official release.
Rogues are making out like kings on this last patch and the burning crusade. Were receiving a ranged eviscerate with a built in snare. A garunteed chance to apply our offhand poison which is super cool... Now you can lace up your primary with crippling and also shiv deadly for rogues... or mind numbing for casters... very good stuff!
Of course our real power is in the talents we already posess... How about a Seal Fate 120 Energy Preparation Rogue. Talk about pvp utility! Not to mention any combination of the old builds can be put together Combat / Prep looks like it could be the number one DPS king though. The ability to use Adrenaline Rush and Blade Furry even more often? Our dps will be sickening.
You can check all this stuff out here http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/burningcrusade/townhall/talents-and-spells.html
I myself need to run back and check out what everyone else is getting :-)

From what i gather, having both fleet footed and camo, the movement speed increase wont stack, too bad, but im looking out for the 31,8,22 build to become the new cookie cutter PvP build, seal fate, vigor, cold blood, and preperation, PvP utility at its best. PvE? try seal fate with mutilate, a backstab that gives more CP, and can be used with swords. Quick recovery says all healing effects, does that include bandages? Cheat death seems nice, poor warriors wasting those crit executes, there are some other talents that look quite promising aswell. Anyway thats just my views on the new talents, its all coming from a 60 rogue, who doesnt have the best gear, and isnt doing the best instances, so if anyone wants to argue with me, or correct me for being a nub, please do so.
tbh at the OP anyone with level 70 and full tier 1 will be a slight joke (the 120 energy comment), imagine a level 60 rogue with greens from level 50 in a bg, i can kill these guys very very quickly, unless of course tier 4/5/6 offers extra energy?
or is their an enchant we can get that gives us +10 energy in tbc?
actually tier 3 with its energy reductions is an acceptable replacement for tier 1. Plus its a complete crit suit... offering +10 to crit i think and more in the way of agi.

Tier 3 would obe nice for criting and stuff but remember if u dont get tier 3 b4 the expansion there will probably b no point looking for it cuz the tier 4,5,6 etc for lvl 70 will b much much better.
also btw i liked the idea of mutilate with swords that would b nice, and the 31/8/22 seems like a powerfull build to have once i hit 70
The tier 3 set is gonna b the subtlety rogue set...
for it gives all the stat bonuses for eviscrate ss and the rest.
im fully speced in subtlety.. prob not the best choice.. but i can stunlock a lock and keep them that way till 6/7 of the way dead... then its just a matter of not getting feared. and i do this at lvl 57 with blues and 2 green items...
the new skills for the rogues are also very great.. the new poison added is awesome for subtlety rogues that dont really pvp and just are there for the cash from the instances.
the dps out put is also gonna b great with the new skill added.. hopefully the less energy used for the moves from the tier 3 set will let us use our new moves that where just given..
mages are probably still gonna b the hardest ones for us to kill in TBC. but priests will never b easy >.> unless u got imp sap, ambush, kidney, hemo, vanish, prep, ambush, kidney, hemo, premed, prep, ambush... and usually u wont have to use a 3rd ambush.. but great way to keep them running and going WTF.. lol
