RogueCrap? Not so much!

VitaminC from the WoW Rogue Forums has a nice blog started cataloging his progression through WoW and lots of Math and Forumulas. A very good place if you like the math behind the game or to kick up some discussion. Definitly worth checking out.

a lot of people don't realize the importance of numbers in world of warcraft.

maximizing damage output on your rogue is essential to playing the class, so weapon speed, dps, and max damage should always be kept in mind. understanding of such numbers shouldn't be reserved for core & bwl raiders.

upon first encountering an analysis of the damage formulas used in this game, i was intimidated, as would anyone else who skipped over to WoW from zelda or Morrowind or any simpler game.

even a basic understanding of damage variables can help you better equip yourself. at the very least, it'll help you realize that spamming sinister strike with a dagger is, well, kind of sad.
