Nominations for Rogue of the Year
Well its been just over one year since the World of Warcraft was released. The Rogue forums have seen a lot of Rogues come and go in the spotlight. Now is the time to recognize commitment to the Rogue community. Use the comments of this post to nominate notable rogues from our community. Those that have helped unravel the mysteries of the rogue class or delved into the mathematics behind the arts. Even those rogues that have been vocal in their opinions and have contributed to the community forums should be nominated. Nominations must be posted to this thread or emailed to cerias@gmail.com with the title "roguespot nominations" by this Friday, December 9th 2005.

I dont play on his server. I only see his posts but you can see from the replies he gets how much respect people have for him. He has excellent knowledge of the rogue class and has helped me in many ways being a combat rogue.
Tbh i would like to nominate the people who has contributed to this site. Its so cool :D

New, strong movie shows the strengths of the Hemorrhage build in PvP with regard to stunlocking. Very helpful in his movie thread talking about the strengths and weaknesses of the build.

Has definitely had a bigger impact, though negative, on the Rogue class than anyone else this year.
I would like to put a vote in for Kalman on the Eldre'Thalas server alliance side. His posts on the rogue boards are always informative. His sig says it all "If I had a nickname, it would be Pwns With Numbers."

I laughed myself out of my chair the first time i read that.
Personally I'd say Ming as his insistance on getting to the bottom of how things REALLY work (ie parsing) has been an eye opener to so many of us.

PS. Band of Flesh is there and has been there for some time! It just happens to not score highly with some configurations. Try lowering the min. score threshold somewhat.

For being the funniest player around, and for being the only player I know of to be active for the full year, and yet spend from July to December at lvl 59.
I dont know how he pulled it off, playing almost every day and never leveling.
Also, knowing ming in game and from his server, he sucks. Hes a prick and a moron and he makes no attempt to discover anything about any class or situation outside his own. His 1 sided arguments and lack of understanding about a vast array of issues is pitiful and his behavior concerning members of his own community is beyong reproach.
The only ones that respect him are those who are not on his server, and have never had to play with him or meet him.
